annalise.ai becomes British Institute of Radiology corporate member

annalise.ai has become a corporate member of the British Institute of Radiology (BIR). Based in Australia, annalise.ai specialises in medical imaging artificial intelligence, developing comprehensive clinical decision support solutions. annalise.ai recently launched its first solution Annalise CXR; the world’s most comprehensive CXR diagnostic support tool, detecting 124 of the most common findings on a chest radiograph. The solution is CE marked for use as a medical device in the UK and EU and is available for clinical use in Australia and New Zealand.

One of the reasons annalise.ai has joined the BIR is to offer education about practical applications of AI to radiologists, radiographers and scientists in the UK and Europe.

Simon Thompson, Chief Executive of the BIR, said: “We extend a warm welcome to annalise.ai and look forward to learning more about how their expertise and software solutions can support our members and the wider imaging community.”

Dimitry Tran, CEO of annalise.ai, stated: “We look forward making a contribution to the BIR community. More importantly we look forward to learning from and understanding radiologists’ and radiographers’ challenges and needs, in order to develop AI solutions that have a positive impact on clinical practice and patient outcomes.”

BIR corporate members are an integral part of the BIR community and work with the broader membership to support the organisation, develop educational events, webinars and publishing activities.
